GROUP TICKET FOR STUDENTS’ GROUPS:

With the objective of promoting the approach of the sector among future professionals now in training process, the INTERNATIONAL MACHINE TOOL BIENNIAL facilitates the access in group to the SECTOR´S STUDENTS. Exclusive only for educational institutions teaching PROFESSIONAL OR UNIVERSITARY TRAINING related to the SECTOR.

It is essential that one of the teachers responsible of the group applies officially for the group visit on behalf of the educational institution. He or she will have to send, in advance and dully completed, the application form that will find below. We kindly request students refrain from sending any application.

Before submitting your request, you will have to take into account the following POINTS:

Deadline for applications reception: 20^th May 2012.

ALL students of the group must be OVER 18 and should be ACCOMPANIED by the teacher/s responsible/s during their whole visit to the exhibition.

In order to obtain greater profit of the visit, it should be done in an organized manner and without any alteration of the smooth running of the exhibition. Furthermore, as it is a professional exhibition, we remind you that all students should behave themselves and also take care of their appearance, being the teacher the ultimate responsible of the group who should ensure the compliance of those requirements.

The educational institution and the teacher are responsible for the group to fulfil, during the visit to the show, the rules established by BILBAO EXHIBITION CENTRE. Otherwise, BEC reserves the right to refuse the educational institution in future occasions.

Group’s ticket is valid only for the day and the turn requested and authorized. The dates for the group visits are 28^th, 29^th, 30^th and 31^st May and 1^st June (subject to availability).

As soon as we receive your request we will send you an e-mail, acknowledging receipt of your application and then we will confirm you the allocation of your turn.

Groups’ access will be distributed in 3 turns of entrance: 10:30h, 12:00h and 14:00h.

In the allocation of dates and turns’ entrance, we will observe the reception order of the requests which are correct and complete, always subject to availability.
